The BYD electric car showroom will be opened at the Urban HUB Kaunas
Global electric vehicle manufacturer BYD is strengthening its presence in Kaunas – a new, nearly 500 sqm brand showroom will open at Urban HUB in Kaunas this April. It will be the first car showroom to be established in this business and retail complex, developed by SBA Urban, further expanding the project’s range of services.

Ambitious expansion plans in Lithuania
The official BYD representative in Lithuania, Inchcape Lithuania, selected Kaunas as the location for its first showroom as part of a carefully planned network expansion. This step marks a new phase in the history of the electric vehicle manufacturer, which entered the Lithuanian market in 2025.

In the first year of operations, we opened a BYD showroom in Vilnius, and this year we are steadily expanding our presence in Lithuania. Kaunas is a strategically important city for both private and business clients, so opening a showroom here is a logical and planned step.
The search for the ideal location for the new showroom involved stringent requirements: priority was given to newly built buildings with A+/A++ energy ratings, ensuring good visibility, steady visitor flow and high-quality EV charging infrastructure.
According to Černiauskaitė, the Urban HUB business and retail complex in Kaunas fully met these criteria, while also offering a high standard of partnership: ‘We were looking not only for technologically suitable premises but also for a partner who could ensure high business standards, long-term reliability and a professional approach. Urban HUB Kaunas, managed by the SBA group, fully met these expectations.’
Modern concept and the latest models
The new BYD showroom in Kaunas will offer complete car sales services, with the space designed in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest specifications and reflecting BYD’s core brand values – modernity, innovation and sustainability.
The showroom will feature the most popular models, including the electric SUV BYD SEALION 7 and the economical plug-in hybrid BYD SEAL U DM-i. The display will include other compact, functional electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as new releases set to reach the market later this year. BYD cars meet the highest safety standards, are equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems and feature the ‘Blade’ battery technology, ensuring reliability and longevity.
The new showroom will also serve as a community hub, hosting car presentations and themed events for families and businesses.
Before the official opening at Urban HUB Kaunas, BYD vehicles can be test-driven at the Inchcape Motors showroom at Islandijos pl. 31, Kaunas.
