KAUNAS HUB PROJECT PUBLIC BOND EMISSION

On 5 October 2023, SBA group company UAB Urban hub investmments“ succesfully issued EUR 8 million public bond emission for the development of Kaunas Urban HUB Phase I.​

​Bonds offer an annual coupon of 10,75% with quarterly coupon payments. Maturity is 2 years and minimum investment is EUR 10 000. Lead managers are “Šiaulių bankas“ and „Redgate Capital“. Legal advisers – „Ellex Veliunas“.​

​Four buildings with 22 000 sqm leasable space will be developed during the first phase of the project. Additionally, around 500 parking spaces, A6 road drive-off, internal roads, green zones and other land plot infrastructure will be developed. Construction of phase I started in May 2023 and is planned to be completed in April 2024. General contractor is „YIT Lietuva“.​
