Urban HUB encompasses one of the largest stock-office real estate portfolios in the Baltic States, with a total value of EUR 100 million at the end of 2025. Strategically located in the rapidly growing commercial and industrial zones of Vilnius and Kaunas, this portfolio ensures a broad tenant base and significant growth potential.
The Urban HUB Kaunas and Urban HUB Vilnius properties comprise a total of 87,900 m² of stock-office space. The first projects, covering nearly 50,000 m², were completed in 2024, and in 2025 reached occupancy rate of over 80%.
The portfolio owner and Bond Issuer is UAB Urban Hub Investments. Its shareholders include the SBA Group, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and TABA Invest.
September 24, 2025, Urban Hub Investments issued Bonds with a nominal value of EUR 8.0 million, which were acquired by 300 investors from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The average subscription amount exceeded EUR 28,000.
