One of the largest construction equipment rental companies in the Baltic States, Storent, plans to establish its latest premises and expand within the Urban HUB project by SBA Group’s real estate company SBA Urban in Vilnius. The team will set up storage and customer service areas in a 660 sqm space.

Lina Zamalytė-Kriščiūnienė, Head of the rental project at Urban HUB: “Urban HUB in Vilnius will open its doors on July 25th, meaning that the community continues to grow, with the Storent team joining us today. Storent company is one of the partners that have effectively utilised the project’s full potential. From the high storage space suitable for storing non-standard sized equipment to the convenient and modern customer service area.”

Mantas Dzikas, CEO of Storent: “Our clients need to be able to visit a rental centre and have their construction project taken care of from start to finish, so we emphasise offering the appropriate range of construction tools and machinery available for rent. When choosing new premises, we consider the convenience for our employees and clients. In addition, the location, visibility, and traffic generated by the companies in the neighbourhood are equally important. For this reason, we have decided to choose Urban HUB in Vilnius for Storent’s expansion and development.”

Mr. Dzikas noted that over 80% of the space will be dedicated to storing tools and machinery. In comparison, 20% of its space will be allocated for a new, modern customer service and consultation area.

The Urban HUB, which is being developed in Vilnius District, near Ukmergės Street, is scheduled to open on July 25th and will feature a Camelia pharmacy, Paulini cleaning centre with one of the most prominent and most robotic cleaning lines, TakeOnline platform, A2 Vilnius padel club, Banga Ramp Park, and others. Over 30 businesses will be located in 22,000 sqm of space, while the most visible side of Ukmergė Street is being transformed into a combination of companies offering everyday shopping and services. Here, residents can shop for food, home and garden, household and pet goods. Children’s shops, a playroom and a beauty salon are also available. Business services and specialised products companies will be on the other side of the building, benefiting from a stock-office solution that combines office, warehouse, and retail space. Finally, the third area is the sports and wellness space, accommodating padel courts and other businesses offering wellness services.
